Principles of Design

Balance - This poster shows symmetrical balance.

Movement - this image uses line , shape and color to make the illusion that it is moving. 

Emphasis - This photo uses blackberries to emphasize the raspberry.

Contrast - This poster shows contrast by using two contrasting colors and design.

Unity/Harmony - This photo shows harmony. It uses repetition and continuation to portray harmony.

Variety -  This picture uses different line, shape, and color to portray variety. 

Elements of design

Line -  This picture is a good example of line because the line was used here to lead your eyes to the couple.

Colour - The picture uses the element of colour to make. It uses colour to make it stand out from the background

Shape - This artwork uses different guitar shapes to show the element of shape and also to add variety. 

Texture - This is a good example for texture because the picture is portraying the roughness of the sand even by just looking at it. 

Form - This photo is a good example for form because it shows three dimensions.

Space - This photo is a good example for space because it gives that illusion that there's a space inside. 

Value - this photo is a good example of value. The lightness and darkness of the color is giving the illusion of the presence of light and shadow.

• I picked this topic because playing video games is also one of my hobbies.

      Using your chosen visual aid to answer, what purpose does this media serve and who is the target audience (who are they trying to reach- mothers, kids, students, wealthy, poor, etc.)?

• The purpose of the media I picked is to show how awesome video games are. The target audience are mostly young people, cause they're more into gaming.

      Why did you chose the specific visual aid and how does it best represent your chosen topic?   

• The visual aid I picked shows the awesomeness of the graphics of video games nowadays. I think it best represent my topic because it is showing some of the best video games nowadays.

• I picked animation because I love watching anime. I wanna know how it works and I also wanna learn more about it.
